Therefore the role of a Public Relations officer in this situation is to help promote the campaign in the eye of the public as something that is beneficial for them and not let the view of the public shift from that. It is also their job to answer questions and debate with groups in the public sector that wish to debate or discredit such actions by this government and whether this campaign is good for the Australian government and public, or whether it is a bad idea.
Public relations officers can do many things to help market this idea, advertising is the most important. For example, advertisements in newspaper or magazines with written words and photos that help improve the image of this image would work well. For example, photo’s of families spending this money with large smiles on their faces and quotes of these people saying certain things like “This money has helped our family overcome debt” or “This money has allowed our family to buy a new barbeque for entertaining”, words that relate and connect with Australian people, moments and things that the government would like to hear from Australian people that would guarantee their campaign is a success.
A Public relations officer can also initiate communication with groups of people that have doubts about the campaign would also help. Swine Flu is a Diffuse Virus, and the clients are calling hospitality sectors, they are communication with people and service for people. When the Swine Flu is outbreak, people start worry about themself. Publics will stop come to the service place. So the shop will lose some profit and affect the business.
“Planning is good for public relations people, and it can contribute to the success of public relations activities.” (Sheldon K 1993) Planning is required at various levels of an organisation focusing on specific aims and objectives. Planning the event is planning some things happened or will happen. Look like the party, weeding and presentation. The planning public relation management is planning the way of know by publics and how the public thinking about the running issues.
In this issue, the swine flu outbreak is the event. Planning the event is planning the swine flu going way. But in this case, it cannot be plan. We cannot plane the swine flu today go to china tomorrow go to Adelaide. But we can plan the public relation management. In this issue we can plane the way of small and media business doing to keep gain. The storekeeper need in two ways plan the swine flu effect the public issues. First, is making sure the swine flu is not diffuse to customers. In the task, the hairdressing salons can do something for customers. Looks like clean the scissors, wash the towel every time, wash hand before service for the people and clean the shop when the day finished. These can make sure the swine flu not diffuse. By the way the storekeeper need let the customer know the way we are doing is for keep swine flu away from people. Secondly, the storekeeper needs make sure the employee not is contagion. In the task, the coffee shop can give the employee free gloves, treatment the employee nicely, if the employee is sick give them holidays. Also the storekeeper need tell the basic information to the employee about swine flu look like the symptom and period. These things are all in the planning the public relation management.
All in all, planning in public relation is relation is really important. It is useful to provide a process. It also identifies the communication purpose organisation of communication, do the time management, allocation of resources, attainment of objectives and make people accountability

The artfacts

We have been do the artfacts for assesment e in the course of Issues in design and publications. i been do the PPT and reprint 2 artfacts for this assessment.

In the PPT, The PowerPoint is based on Emily Post’s Guide to Good Etiquette greeting’. It is introducing the Chinese tradition lady’s greeting. To the western people, Chinese culture always the security part. The Chinese lady’s greeting is not shown to the world. So I chose this topic to show the Chinese lady’s greeting. The power point has 12 different pages. Inside of the PowerPoint there are 7 different pages, it makes the PowerPoint have 6 different parts of this PowerPoint. In the power point I use the design elements and design principles to do the design. It includes color, space, balance and hierarchy.

These two artfact is basic on the model of Japanese Greeting and Bar Etiquette to edited. It use the the balance, proportion, sequence, color, white space and Witten cues to design these document.

Body Art is a part of the visual artists. In the case of the Bill Henson he is take photo for the nude people. Is this is art or it is porn?

In this issue, the problem is in the nude people, some people said nude is Immoral, but some people think the nude have photoed is a kind of freedom. Between these two different ideas I give some idea to solve this problem.

Basic on the not have the law to rule this issue (if have I am sorry I don’t know) I suggest some of the health nude photo would be fine but the unhealthy one is not good for the public. Special for the kids, they are too young, they cannot get their on that young age. Some of people is put the porn on the art it make the art dirty. Art is make people have a rich spiritual life, if it got a wrong way I think better stop it.

The Jesus Camp

The documentary film “Jesus Camp (Grady and Heidi 2006) is based on a summer camp held for children who follow the Evangelical Christian faith. It employs a variety of formal devices including representation，sound, composition, editing, space and music to position itself as non-fiction, which ultimately affects its significance and impact on the viewer.

This is a good documentary film and it cannot be replaced by other forms of style. It uses a lot of information, artistic expression, recording and other functions into one. Film unique perspective, simple images, good technology and vivid make film becomes more real, satisfying and nature. Because the documentary film is tells the true story is taking place. It is the objective existence of an objective in life. Documentary film is the creator of the real characters, real events and real environmental records. But it will not be a true to work on art, artists. It must learn to choose and a destination, integrated, so that the records of the stuff from the individual up to the general, from the temporary into a permanent, in life and the typical display of original summary of the meaning to find a meeting point between. Recently, the term has come to represent a style of conveying the information of a scene primarily through a single shot – often accompanied by camera movement. It is to be contrasted with montage-style filmmaking – multiple angles pieced together through editing.
Overall, mise en scene is used when the director wishes to give an impression of the characters or situation without vocally articulating it through the framework of spoken dialogue, and typically does not represent a realistic setting. The common example is that of a cluttered, disorganized apartment being used to reflect the disorganization in a character's life in general, or a spartanly decorated apartment to convey a character with an "empty soul", in both cases specifically and intentionally ignoring any practicality in the setting. Only rarely is mise en scene critique used in other art forms, but it has been used effectively to analyse photography, literature and comics.

In the film, the director use the sound, Mise-en-Scene, editing and Composition to make the film to be the non-fiction film. But the documentary film is not the completely real story. In the Jesus camp, it use the camera record the real life about the little kids living under of the Jesus in American. It is a group of the really life about the christen kid living way in America. From the film and television, this film is a successful non-fiction film.

Most of the model in the fashion show is under weight, this make people going for the unhealthy Aesthetic. These are some advice for change this unhealthy fashion way:
1 Changes the model size for the fashion shop. Most of the fashion shops use the underweight model on the window, this make the thin to be the fashion.
2 Use the good designer. Not make all of the cloth only looks good on the thin people it also would suit on the normal people.
3 Make the fashion show use the normal size model to show their cloth. Most of the fashion shows the model is too thin.
